Bentonite Granules
The lumps are crushed into granular form by using disintegrator and sieved through 2 different sizes of Mesh’s at a time, the in between size is heated up to 400 degrees in a Rotary clin with Furnace oil or High speed diesel.
Bleaching Earth / Fullers Earth
The lumps are pulverized in powder form; the same is heated in M S furnace up to 300 degrees and Sulphuric acid is blended and the material is down loaded at 320 degrees On to a platform and then packed at ambient temperature.
Nano Bentonite Powder
Uniform size lumps with the help of Jaw crusher are fed into Roller Miller to get Nano Bentonite, which is very fine particle in size and less than 75 microns. Nano Bentonite has more potential for export to Other Asian Countries.
Bentonite Lumps.
Bentonite is clay (classified as a minor mineral) an occurrence by Volcano ash deposit in mother earth. It is found after the removal of over burden soil which is about 5 to 8 feet.
